Last week we kicked off our series - We Are Jonah by looking at the first few verses and discovering several ways that we indeed are like Jonah - Called to God's Mission, Called to a city that serves as a regional center, and like Jonah we have been running in rebellion. This week we'll see Jonah caught in a great storm and deceived by sin. We'll see that the pattern of running isn't new - it started in the garden. But so did something else... something beautiful - the relentless pursuit of a loving and merciful God. We are Jonah - pursued.
